  3. Yum, just brown on each side of thick pork chops after sprinkling garlic powder, onion salt, pepper, and season salt on each side. Use Golden Mushroom soup (1can) and beefbroth (2 cups), mix, pour over the chops. I also added a small can of mushrooms of your choice. Cook on high heat for 30 minutes in Insta Pot. So tender. Serve over some mashed potatoes.
